Rail problems...

How can I make the railing like the attached section?
I think it cannot be done with rails, so any workaround (I hate this word) is welcome

PS, the image seems to be black, it's not... just maximise, it is an AutoCAD screen

Why can't it be done with rails? You will just need a few custom profiles and a slanted baluster family...

I did most of it, with offset param for rails. My problem is with the baluster... how can I rotate it?

you would build it rotated in the family editor.

That means that it cannot be attached to a ref line with an angle parameter?
I was thinking to do the same with the lower rail profile.
