Workset standard working practice.

I'm just starting to look into using worksets and implementing this into the office, now I might just be imagining this but I thought that someone (maybe Chris Zoog) produced a fact sheet (a sort good practice guide) of how they used worksets in their office.

I've tried to find it but no joy, can someone point me in the right direction (or e-mail a copy) or tell me I'm making it up.

Also any other info. and pointer would be most welcome.
