I've looked but can't seem to find out how I turn off the structural framework lines in my 3D view. See attached jpg the blue column lines and the brown around the edge of slabs etc.

Also now that I've managed to load the pile caps and have used a short column to indicate the piles, can I make it look like a broken round pile like I use to in AutoCAD? See attached jpg.

Thanks

Alan,

The blue lines for the columns are analytical lines that can be turned off through the visibility/graphic overrides. See attached pic. Similarly you can trun off the analytical lines for walls, floors, beams, etc.

As far as the break line, have you tried using the 'Break Line' detail component. It is a simple detail component family that you can load from the imperial/metric library and use it to display the broken piles.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Srinivas

You have helped me, I knew they were analytical lines that can be turned off somewhere but I just could not find where.

I've not tried using the 'Break Line' detail component, but now you have pointed me in the right direction I will have a play.

Regards and thanks again
