associating global elevation and building elevation on a single level....

Hello all... need help with associating global elevation on level.... for example level 1 is 22' above sea level. I want the level to be able to have a value of 22' in project sections site plans, etc. But when i am working on the building i want it to read as 0'. I know there is a way to do it..... did it once about a year or so ago...but can't seem to rememember the process... any help would be nice... thanks...

You can switch back and forth by changing the properties of your level head family to display Shared elevation instead of Project, assuming you have already relocated your project to an elevation of 22 feet.
