A little help, please.

Started to set up a project in MEP 2008 using the project navigator. I have drawn some supply and exhaust ductwork with balancing dampers in my view and saved the view. I froze the damper layer on the view drawing. I then dragged my duct layout view into my sheet and the damper layer was still on. I set the project up with the "match sheet view layers to view" = to YES expecting my layers to retain from the views to the sheets. Is there another setting that I need to look at?

Thanks,
K

The same thing happened to me in ACA. The problem I had was my sheet template. I was using one I had created from scratch. I opened an OOTB one and modified it and it worked perfectly. Apparantly, there is a bunch of settings in the OOTB templates. Instead of figuring them all out, I just started with an OOTB and went from there. Hope that helps.
