The cross section rotation should not change the direction of the Z-axis!
Currently If the cross section rotation is modified when a member is using the Z-offset value it will be offset in the new direction of the Z axis. The Z axis should be a static direction. Due to this limitation users must input the offset value for each beam start/end thus making the Z offset parameter useless.
