Fascia Profile

Can anyone let me know how to create the attached fascia ( for modelling not linework...)

The fascia would be created as a in place family, just create and extrusion in elevation, use the roof edge as the work plane.

If you have many of these you would want to create it as a sep family and load it in.

Open in the Revit library, Profiles and edit a fascia to match your profile. Then in Modeling use Host Sweep, Roof Fascia to sweep your fascia in the 3D View. You have to load your fascia before it will model.
