Disappearing Stairs

We seem to have a problem with a couple of 3 story stair towers. They keep deleting themselves. We come back from lucnh and they are gone. The other 3 stairs in the building are still with us. At first I suspected the Multistory stair tool as the culprit but now the one I built w/o MS has disappeared too.

These are generic stairs nothing fancy, all things tunred on, worksets etc.

Any thoughts?

PS Found the culprit, me. Forgot that I put them into a workset to prevent people from deleting them. (no it wasn't me)
