Just got a Vista Machine.

I found that I can export a usable DWG format from Revit ONLY if I export it directly onto the C: drive. If the file is moved or copied anywhere else on my computer - I can't import/link it back into Revit (program hangs/spins forever and stops responding).

Is this a VISTA thing with the new SP3 build?
The service pack 2 worked just fine!!!

Looks like someone BROKE something.

That is two things that SP3 broke then. Maybe the factory should beta test the service packs?

What virus software are you running? We had an issue with eTrust 8.1 blocking certain functions of revit...

I just did a quick test using Vista and SP3. DWG export and linking appeared to work as expected.

Did you do any troubleshooting (e.g. test various scenarios) or is this problem project specific?
