As the title states, can we import Landxml files into Revit?

Not without some conversion process.

There are products that'll convert landxml to dxf or dwg, which can be imported. Some will also write out the topo info in a text file, which can be imported when creating a topo (as well as dxf and dwg).

Try a google on landxml to dwg.
