Put sheets in order

Okay, I know you can drag and drop sheets in order, but this is what's happening. When I drag a sheet, it is putting it inside of another sheet, where the drawings that are in that sheet are listed. How do I keep it from doing this? Even if I collapse the entire tree, once I hover a sheet over another one, it expands it and puts it inside of the sheet, not before it or after it. Any ideas?

never mind. I saw it expanding the column and the black line for placement showed to be where the drawings were, but when you actually drop it, it puts it in the correct spot. I wish I knew that last week. :?
