Description : When using design review, have the comment hide upon changing the status to completed.

How Used : This will clear the workspace so that drafting space is not lost, but the comment is preserved.

Dido! Excellent Idea!

We love this markup software and plan to use it from now on. The PM/Eng(s) tend to "bleed" on the drawings and it does make for a crowded drawing when trying to do red-line corrections. We are trying to go "paperless" with this software and printing out the drawing to do redline correction(s) would defeat the purpose.
