Shortcut Menu

I accidentally turned on my Windows accelerator keys and have made a mess of things. I have fixed one problem but I have another. Does anyone out there know how to re-program the shortcut menu to add "deselect" for selected grips and I have also lost the ability to change layers by using grips. How do I get this back?

I would greatly appreciate anyones help.
