When I place a Plan Region, I continually find myself copying them between all plans that are on the same level. I can't see why I would want to show something out of the view range in one view but not in the other. Do others think the same way here?
I'd like to see it removed from the Views menu, since it technically isn't even a view, and moved to the model or drafting menu. Then it's viewable behaviour changed, so that when it is placed in a view, it is then visible/usable in all views that are of the same level. Then if it really isn't needed in a view, you can use "Hide in View > Elements" to remove it's effectiveness.
