Another FLEXlm License error

Hi,i have problems again regarding this issue. Before, i used to open my adt faster after i started the server at LM tools. But now, my server was started,and my lmgrd was detected but it troubles me when i open my adt coz it has this pop up asking me to browse my license file or server name (as shown on my attachments) and continued to and error. can anyone elaborate me? Thanks in advance!

All you need to do is set the server name as an environment variable on the client machine(s).
