I am building a stair using boundary and risers, (I know it is easier drawing a 2 run stairs, but I want to understand how a stairs works). The probleis with the railing in the landing (see image attached). I made the railing in the landing "flat" (from the option bar) and the others exterior railings "by host". After I finish my railing sketch I got a warning saying "Top reference is below bottom reference for one or maore ballusters"

I really appreciate any help.
Thanks.

That is a pretty simple stair, you shouldn't need to change the sketch to be flat, auto-detect should work. Have you drawn a separate boundary for each riser and landing sketch. A single boundary along one side spaning risers and landing will ofter create "wacky" railings.

You may have to offset the risers to get the return rail to "flatten" properly.
