There was a thread some time back in the alt.cad.revit NG about how to form a parametric arched head for a door based on statig a dim to the top of the arch. I'm not sure if the matter was ever fully resolved.
I attach a family, which as yet is just a hole for you to fill with your own detail, but it works and gives a centre mark from which all other concentric elements can be worked.
If you break it appart you will see the arch is formed in two halves. I use the 'arc from centre and ends' command to draw each half so that the end points are constrained.
