Hatch Alignment: Sections and Plans

In defining hatch behavior, we're finding "align to object" works great in plan for angled walls, but not so well in section because the hatching in stacked walls won't align. To make the section correct, "align to view" works best forcing all the hatching in a stacked condition to align, but in the floor plan the hatch looks awful in angled walls.

Any workarounds out there?
