Not a fan of the site tool in revit but require some rough estimates on cut and fill quantities for a proposed job.
Built my topo surface off of an imported 3d cad file...no problems there.
Switch it to 'existing phase', create a graded region that is 'new construction' then place a pad at the desired RL. seems simple enough.
Switch to 3d view and can see my pad in the correct place with my topo surface cut.
Right so switch to check my schedule of quantities which is set to show new construction of net cut/fill and I get a whopping 0m3.
Now I know that the m3 is alot more than that.
Any clues to why Revit decided not to schedule this correctly?
