Table Breaks Being Broken

We started using both table and column breaks with 2008 and I've noticed that when I open the drawings back up, the breaks for the table are no longer set. It either resets the table completely or looks like its broken, but if you click the table, it really isn't and a simple attempt to edit the table makes it jump back. I have had similar issues with dynamic columns where if I have a bulleted list, the breaks get deformatted from the list and just show up and regular text with no formatting. Anyone had similar issues?

I've seen the same thing, and it's very random. Sometimes if you fix the table and save, it will open OK the next time. Other times it won't
