old lman

So now with the new layer reconcile, it seems somehow link to the pop up my office is getting regarding old lman layers. How have some of you been doing this? Our entire office uses the layers properties layer states manager, so these are coming in from old stuff or outside sources. Even after reconciling some layers, it seems this does not go away. Can some of you fill me in on tis please? Thanks much.

Are you talking about the attached dialog?

If so, it's just letting you know that the old "lman" layer states are no longer supported. They are converted to the core, built-in layer states.
