Convert 2436 titleblock to 3042 titleblock?

Is there a simple way to convert a 24 x 36 titleblock to a 30 x 42 titleblock without having to build it from scratch?

Just open the Titleblock template and offset the lines to make it the new size.
Move around anything else you need. Then just do a 'save as'.

Aside from creating both in the same family and giving them parameters that would allow you to turn one off and the other on from inside your project, you pretty much have to create another one as far as I know.
You should just create one of each and place them in your template so you only have to create it once.

It's been awhile but I recall that you should pay close attention to just which set of lines you change to make the large (or smaller) title block from an existing one. The point is, if you are careful you can switch Titleblocks sizes in a project later and the sheet will move from the "same" spot and not cause you to reposition the views on the sheets as much. We try to make sure the title information area doesn't "move", just the lines at the top and opposite side. This way the bottom right (our sheets) stays put.

I have my Titleblock info on the Right side. When I change the size of the Titleblock, I just move the left and top lines.

To solve the titleblock origin problem:

I created a simple X in AutoCAD @ 0,0. Then I import this into Revit using Origin to Origin. I just make sure the lower left sheet edge lines up at this point and then each titleblock will "insert" at the same location.
