Room will not work

on my level 01 i have several different slab heights
one of them is 3' above my level 01
Revit will not put a room in this areas extents
it just puts a little square around the tag, it is a room but not to the walls
and my room separation lines like to stay on level 01 and gets hidden by slabs.
anyway to tell a room that it's 4' above the level?

This is a known issue. the only way to fix it is to place a level at that 3' ht. and place the room at that level.
