Hi All,
I have been asked to create the attached railing for our office as we tend to use this style a lot. As you can see it looks like one railing but it is actually two. Any how if someone could point me in the right direction it would be really great.

It looks like you have made it already....What are you trying to do? make it parametric? Make it work as one railing?
Both should be quite doable.
In the former case set up your angled references using invisible symbolic lines instead of ref planes and you should be most of the way there.
In the latter case take a look at my attachment which is a single rail fence based on your current union jack baluster. As I have set it up with additional stock balusters it will give a single union jack centre panel up to about 32' in length and thereafter will give equally spaced union jacks, on a multiple of about 16', i.e. 2 up to 48' then 3 and so on. You can tweak this by adding or subtracting stock railings from around the centre baluster, just remember to keep even numbers.
