Profile house sill elevation

Tried to create a house sill elevation in profile view...started with a structure style that will be no plot in plan view, and a line (block) with an elevation label (rim) in profile. Is there a better way to show a sill in profile?

I'm not sure but, I think you may have posted in the wrong group. I've never heard of anyone needing to place a house sill in a profile in Civil 3D.

The house sill elevation corresponds to a proposed gravity sewer system (profile). If the sill is to low, a pump station will be needed for a service tie in.
