can anyone help me on how to apply hatch pattern using revit architecture 2008 .

In Revit you would use a "filled region".

Hatches can also be applied as surface patterns for materials.

You can import hatch pattern files from a variety of applications including those for Autocad.

I use Hatchkit for this

drawing the patterns in a 2D cad application before importing them to hatchkit and saving them out in Revit model hatch format...

You can import hatch patterns into Revit directly via
Settings->Fill Patterns->New->Custom->Import

This looks like a great solution to diificult hatch patterns.Do you have a PAt file for a typical flemish bond?

We don't use facing bricks in my part of the World, just stone or roughcast, but I came across this if it's any help:
