We have a user in the office who has been using Revit for a couple of weeks. Yesterday when trying to save, she received the error message "Fatal Error DBX CAS 0." We created new local file, restarted the computer, and the same thing happened. Then we restarted Revit, but when attempting to open the program were unable to obtain a network license (we had licenses available).
Our IT person came over, and of course it worked perfectly with her sitting there - but we have know idea why. I was busy and forgot to look more into the error.
The same thing just happened today with the fatal error. Has anyone run into this before? I've done some google searching and have found a similar error with other Autodesk programs - but not enough for me to either a) figure it our, or b) know enough to tell the IT guy. Any ideas?
