I have an employee that is trying to make RevIt look like AutoCAD and he is changing colors of certain objects. I was able to figure out how to chnage most of them back, however, I can't find the place to change the color of model lines. Anybody know where this control is?

Try Setting>Line Styles.

...and remeber that File > Transfer Project Standads can be used to correct a project that someone has adjuted to be different than your company standard template.
