Beam System not connecting to a shear wall

Happy New Year.

What would be the best way to get this to work.
The Beam System tool will not connect the new joists to the shear walls. It ignores those walls and tries to connect to beams only.

Revit Structure defines shear walls as walls that resist shear forces only. If the walls you are using support gravity loads and resist lateral loads, you can set them to Structural Combined and the beam system will work with them.
