Autodesk has posted a new download of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP to fix some bugs in how Revit deals with leap years. These issues include groups and linked files, loading older Revit files, and other issues.
The downloadable installer will still be named SP3_RAC2008.exe (or SP3_RAC-S2008.exe for AutoCAD Revit Architecture Series) but the new build within it will be shown as 20080101_2345 in the Help > About dialog.
