Assuming that you have a single stair model, go into edit mode of the stair, and check the stair border lines stop & stop positions reletive to the landing, to see of that'll straighten out the stringer condition shown. Also check the stair properties to see if the landing stringers match the stair's.
Then edit each railing, and once again check the start / stop position of each railing piece. Using the editing tools available with railings , you should be able to correct it. Read the help files or editing railings.

Are you wanting the railing to step up with the stair at each landing level?
If so then you have to remember that each segment of the railing attaches itself to a different piece of the stair, whether a run of stairs, a landing or one riser going around a corner. You will have to edit the railings and split them into individual pieces at each riser on the landing
See attached image and .rvt file for examples of what Andrew is explaining. To further his point, I'd also like to add that if you want your rails to meet at the corners and follow the slope of the stairs, you need to provide space, the length of a tread, before turning the corner.
