View Port Tags without scale

Hey , I'm trying to figure out how to turn off the scale for viewport tags. All i want is the drawing name . the drawing number and the line and circle . no scale . It's just a keynote i made and scale isn't important for it

I've seen it dopne just trying to do it myself.

any pointers ?
