Building with a Slant

I am drawind a building that is a 7deg parallelogram in section( all the walls and columns that have east-west orientation have a 7deg tilt to them). What is the best way of creating round concrete column in revit that have this slant. How about walls with the same slant? Any help is much appreciated.

for the walls you will need to model a mass at the angle you want then apply a wall to face or the mass. as for columns you will need to add a rotated reference line to the family that the solid is extruded along.
