I am trying to plot out different colors useing a HP 750C Plus. I have done some fills in Photoshop but the tiff files are too big and very hard to edit. I have been trying to get the pallet colors to be a lot closer to the Photoshop colors. I have tried to edit the settings in the plot style table for the cbt files but haven't had much luck with that. I want to mix say a basic yellow color and be able to add shades of a dark color. I will be having 4 polygons of yellow but need them with darker shadeing then each other. I can lighten up the yellow but getting dark shadeing to the yellow I haven't found that combonation yet. TIA to the forum for any help, houstonvett

You can use true colors in your drawing and the CTB file will not modify those colors. If you have the colors from Photoshop, you can use those same colors in your drawings.

Also, you can plot out a chart of the inbuilt colours from the HP750c and visually compare them with what you want.
