refer to pdf....there are two walls there....wood stud and brick exterior and then another (seperate) brick interior wall ....i placed the upper sconce and it attached as i wanted....then, as i place one a few feet away....it ataches to the interior face of the exterior wall....i tried to rehost and i could not select the interior brick wall
