There are archived webinars that are free to view but I have not managed to actually get them to play. When I select "view archived webinar" a blank page comes up. If anyone has actually managed to view an archived webinar please post how you accomplished it otherwise I'll quit trying.

Joef:

I have managed to get all but one (other than those not yet available) to run by just following the instructions.

I have also have not been able to get all of tthe archived webcasts to download. It falters and says "opening media" but it never gets there. Not all, just some. I sent them a message concerning this, and logged into today's webcast but could get no sound. I posted that on the questions during the webcast but got no reply and everntually logged of in frustration.

I’ve also come across some relatively inexpensive online Revit Advanced trainings.
The classes are taught live by industry professionals.

Broward-based building construction company, Current Builders, has found an innovative way to offer cost savings of up to 20% on building costs, providing a solution for many Florida developers and landowners looking to continue building projects in the struggling economy. The solution is Building Information Modeling (BIM), a software that allows designers, builders, and owners to see highly detailed, 3-D models of buildings on their computers before any ground is broken. This collaborative process allows all parties involved to evaluate details before constructions even begins, which prevents unknown design conflicts, improves timelines and cost reliability and reduces change orders, amongst numerous other benefits.

To educate other industry professionals and the general building construction industry on the cost savings of BIM, Current Builders is hosting a free Webinar on January 20, 2009, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm EST.

The website is http://www.currentbuilders.com/ and the webinar link is found on the homepage.
