Revit "Blocks"

I am in the design development stage in a residential project. We are happy with the layout of parts of two floor plans. Basically the East half of one and the West half of the other. These are two separate drawings. Is it possible for me to create a 'block' from one and bring it into the other?
I am guessing the answer is just modify one of the plans.

Try using Groups for this. You can save them as a Revit file or as a Group
