Walls??

I am working on a Residential plan. I have an open 2-story great room. In this area I am using a 2x6 Balloon Framed wall. When i take the wall from the first floor up to the correct height i need, the walls are shown on the second floor plan. Is there any way to avoid this? I only want the 2-story wall to show up on the first floor. Any suggestions would be appriciated

for starters ... you can change you cut plane height or right-click the walls and hide them in the view

right click -> hide elements in view.

why dont you want to show the walls on the second floor plan?
