Is there any way to place a porch chop on the roofs?

I am guessing you mean an extension of the lower roof that is parallel to the building face?
Just select your roof and modify the sketch.

Maybe someone has a generic pork chop laying around on their hard drive, but creating a roof based modeled in-place object for right/left facing conditions would be one way to handle it.
Mind your working planes, and you may have to create a blocked-out solid object, and then apply a void to it to end up with the shape you want.

The one I modeled is simple, and it is a sweep with a profile.

There are really allot of ways to create the object, so experiment and explore until you find a method you are comfortable with.

In the past I have created in-place fascia boards to create the "pork chop" eave return. I know an actual family would be better but I've never gotten around to making one.

However after reading through a book called "Traditional Construction Patterns: Design & Detail Rules of Thumb" by Stephen A. Mouzon, I now try to avoid pork chop eaves, as it really does look very cheap when compared with more correct examples of eave returns.
