Summary: Lock PVI so it does not move when using the Raise/Lower tool.
Description: Lock elevation for PVI on profiles at the panorama's window.
How Used: This can help to keep PVI´s at a desired elevation, i.e.: intersections with others alingments, existing bridges, etc. when we must use the RAISE/LOWER PVI´s tool. With this capability the user can set the elevation of specific points and respect geometric conditions for structures, intersections and others.
