Phases and visibility of misc objects

After demolishing 4-5 walls and making 3 new, I have three new rooms and I want to place some text as a description. I mean something like General Admin, Technicians, Secretary etc...
The problem is that I can't make text appear and disappear accordingly to which phase I want to show... Is there a way to make things like text or dims or other to appear or disappear when I change phases visibility?

Text and dimensions are view dependant, not related to a phase.
Rooms are though, so if you demolish walls, demolish the rooms. YOu need to recreate them in the next phase

You don't do it that way in Revit. You have a view for each phase you want in the project.... Each view has its own text.
