This is for a residential application. I made one a while back and it didnt turn out that good.

I never thought of using a sweep. cant seem to change the "Bottom length" without breaking it?

Hey there,
Max, I took a look at at the adjustable one and made a few changes so that that it flexed a bit better. (I changed the radius of the bottom curve and added a vertical reference plane for the bottom length.)
Works with 3" and 4" square profile.

Extending the bottom, increases the radius of the bottom bend too.
