I've been working on techniques our office can use to reduce our dependence on Photoshop. The goal has been to come up with techniques that any of our architects can repeat without taxing the few that can do photoshop rendering.
Other than 3 logos and 2 bitmaps imported, everything elese is in Revit.

I'll bite then AR. What are the two bitmaps? The rainbow hued grass above the admin block and the media centre?
How do you achieve the coloured ground, a bit of topo and a shade with edges view?

Clean with clarity is good,
Your board has both.
A "touch" of creativity is a nice tip of the hand as well.
Very sublime and effective.
Nice work Aaron

The grey background was done with a very small grey square jpg stretched to fit.. The other is a square with a fade from green to the background grey.
The main field of grey was put in the titleblock. The fade grass was put in the plan view. The rooms of course, color fills. The tree is a detail with transparent green fill pattern.
