Is there a way to separate Room Tags into different Phases? (ie; New, Existing and Demo). As I want to show rooms being completely demo'd but not have those room tags show up on the Room Finish schedule? Is there an EASY way to do this? Like in normal CAD programs where you put the Tag or attribute on different layers making it easy to control, graphicly. Or are all room tags automaticly linked to the Room Finish Schedule?

Welcome to the forums. Revit is not a normal CAD program. Everything is linked.

"Schedules for modeling and drafting elements have phases. You can create a room schedule specific to a phase and include room area in that schedule. When you create a room schedule, select the phase you want it to represent in the New Schedule dialog. You can also specify the phase through the properties of the schedule. When you change the phase, the schedule view updates accordingly. For more information on schedules, see Schedule Views. For more information on phasing, see Project Phasing."
