Memory Usage

Has anyone else had this prompt screen appear? please see the attachment - This has happened twice since i have installed the latest revit build. Out file is about 95,000kb which is samller than what it used to be when this file was in the previous build (125 +) and i never recieved this pormpt screen. an really never hada a problem
Open GL is on, latest graphics drivers are installed, 3GB switch is on, no liked dwg or rvt's. The "memory usage" in the revit help does not tell me anything i already didn't know. Anyone else have any ideas?

Are you working with too many Revit windows (views) open? Closing hidden windows in Revit helps a lot.

Both times it has happen - i have only had 3-5 views open

I'm used to work with huge buildings and from time to time I close Revit and empty the folder Documents and Settings\(your user name or loggin name)\Local Settings\Temp.

This gives new life to Revit after you open it again to work.
