line weight for through wall flashing

Is it possible to edit a detail component line family (such as through wall flashing) to adjust the line weight? I would like a thicker line. I opened the family in the family editor, but I could not find anything to change.

You should be able to do it within the project. If you want to change it just for that view, go to view / visiblity, select the detail items category under the model items tab, and do a graphic overide for the line style used for the flashing.

If you want to do it globally for the whole project, go to object styes, under settings, and change it there...
