can not shoose 36" roll in print setup

i'm using AutoCAD 2005 i changed hte paper rolls on my DesignJet 600 but when i go to set up the drawing the 36" roll option is not available so i can not plot out the large drawing i need

any help would be appreciated

I rebooted my computer and the printer. (nothing)

I figured it out i had to install the E driver . it works now.
