Hi,

I think what you’re after is a family, that does the following,
Cuts your slab, adds a footing, and adds a rail? Correct?

To do this create, a new family using the Generic Model Floor Based.rvt family template.
Read the help on creating families, if you aren’t already family with this aspect of Revit.
