grid bubbles and level bubbles

I wanted my drawing set to scale at 1/16":1'-0" but my grid bubbles are too big for the drawing. Am I supposed to create library for grid bubbles also to match the scale of drawing?

Is there a way where I could select the different size bubble or ..?

Please help.

go to the annotation grid bubble family chage the size and reload the family
