How to Make a New Family Category???

I was sure that this was impossible and that it was hard wired in, but now I am questioning if that is the case. Suddenly I have a new Category called "Nurse Call Devices". I am pretty sure this is not a revit family so that being the case how did I create this Family Category and how do I create more

That is a category for Revit MEP. When you Check the option to Show Categories from all Disciplines several new categories will appear.

So for MEP that is a built in Category?? Kind of specific isn't it???

Has to do with electrical systems/circuiting and yes it is specific because apparently they've received feedback suggesting it is important to electrical engineers.
